For almost 100 years, the Marrazzo family has produced pantry staples showcasing terroir from the regions of Italy. Each product from their 1934 Collection is inspired by the flavors of the past and natural preservation techniques cherished by founder Pasquale Marrazzo. Hard to find outside of Italy, their Yellow Ercolano Tomatoes, a not-too-acidic, sweet variety, are grown in the volcanic soil of Naples. They’re marinated in a saltwater brine just long enough, so the bright Ercolano tomatoes are still juicy and burst in your mouth with each bite. They’re best enjoyed on bread, pasta or salad and paired with punchy, savory ingredients like capers, anchovies or cheese.
