Making a cup of coffee go from ordinary to exceptional starts with the grinding method. Fellow’s all-purpose Opus is a conical burr grinder: 6-blade Burly Burrs consistently crush and grind coffee beans, resulting in a smooth taste, extra depth and different levels of acidity. Built with a high-torque motor and over 40 precision settings, the Opus lets you grind beans for specific brewing methods, from pour-over and French press to cold brew and espresso. (It even comes with a trusty grind guide etched on the bin lid if you need help.) It’s simple to use: Add up to 100 grams of beans to the load bin and make your sizing adjustments with the measurement-marked inner ring. The grinds fall into a magnetic spouted catch cup, ensuring your mornings are always mess-free. Available in colors White and Black.
