Milk Street's seasoned salt is a bold and moderately spicy remix of Madras-style curry powder, enhanced with mustard seeds, clarifying cardamom and warming chili flakes. Blend this curry salt into a simple pot of braised lentils and gussy up with wilted spinach and dollop of yogurt. Rub on a whole roast chicken or thighs before roasting, or try in on garlicky braised chard and kale or steamed or charred broccoli tossed with lime and cilantro. Try it in your next batch of egg salad garnished with watercress or arugula.

Our Milk Street Sesame Macha Salt is sweet and umami-rich to enhance both savory and sweet dishes; the Japanese-inspired mix includes nutty sesame seeds, earthy matcha tea powder and a hint of sugar. Try dusting over roasted fish, mushrooms or miso soup. And on the sweet side, try on fruit salad, orange slices, berry sorbet, or even vanilla, caramel, ginger or chocolate ice cream.
