Founders Erin Zobitz, Marcus Im and Amy Ng—self-described “food lovers and fermentation nerds”—have curated a space with home fermenting supplies, local ceramics, pickles, spices, chili crisps, house-made baked goods and more. As the business name suggests, Korean fermentation traditions are a big inspiration for Onggi.
