Warming ground ginger is incorporated into the Stem Ginger shortbread dough, giving it an almost gingerbread-like flavor, but stays lighter and more lively without the addition of molasses. It has nubs of candied ginger sprinkled throughout for an added zip and a touch of pleasant chew. The Chocolate Chip biscuits have the same classic base with tasty morsels of dark chocolate studded throughout.

Each shortbread's sweetness is balanced with a hint of salt, while the addition of ground rice gives these cookies a delightfully light and crisp texture. They’re packaged in orange-red assortment tins designed by London-based creative house Big Fish.
