Bright White Wine Vinegar, Slow-Aged in Italy's Trento Region

In a valley alongside the Adige River, Mario Pojer and Fiorentino Sandri slow-age vinegar in oak barrels for up to two years, using a carefully selected “mother vinegar” culture that ensures consistent quality. The trend-setting winery is known for reviving rare local grapes and showcasing them in vinegars, like this white wine version. Made with a blend of Riesling and and Sauvignon, this vinegar has notes of elderflower and citrus zest that are a fresh, bright addition to any dish.
