The aerosol’s nozzle ensures that Vegalene’s thick spray evenly coats every nook and cranny (we especially like it for getting into the corners of glass baking dishes or unusually shaped baking molds). While the spray is flavorless, it may have a slightly buttery note compared to other nonstick sprays on the market, but we find it largely imperceptible when cooking and baking. The calorie-free formula has zero trans fat, sodium or gluten and is Kosher Pareve.
