Use to cook sliced meat, bulgogi beef, chicken, seafood, tofu, mushrooms, sliced veggies and more. Add your meat on top of the dome and your vegetables along the sides; any excess fat will drip down and add extra flavor to your veggies. Great for stove-to-table family-style serving, or, use a portable burner and sear food right at the table.
Compatible with electric, butane, propane, natural gas, and open flame cooktops. Take care when hand-washing, like with all cast iron. Dry thoroughly and lightly oil after use.
