Our Caramel Brûlée Coffee Sugar comes from a Vietnamese tradition of using sweetened condensed milk to temper strong coffee. Vietnamese coffee beans are uniquely roasted with a bit of butter and sugar, giving them a uniquely caramelized flavor that comes through in the cup. This sugar is vanilla forward with a hint of maltiness and rounded creamy sweetness with just a hint of cinnamon. It’s as good in black coffee as it is in strong black British tea or Indian-style chai. Our coffee sugars are packaged in reusable metal tins designed with a rotating top; you can easily scoop some sugar into drinks or shake on to cookies and pastries.

This versatile and aromatic spiced sugar is as delicious in morning coffee and tea as it is sprinkled on oatmeal, or buttered toast. We also love sprinkling it over the top of warmed baked goods, so that its creamy caramel flavor melts into the surface. For the ultimate dollop of whipped cream, add the Caramel Brûlée sugar to your cream before whipping. The coffee sugar isn't just for sprinkling—try infusing your recipes with flavor by swapping out our spiced sugars for some or all of the sugar in everyday baking recipes, such as sweet biscuits and scones, pancakes and waffles and pastry crusts.
Store in a cool, dry place and use within 12 months of production date.

I bought a sampler pack ages ago. I loved them, but couldn't find them after that. I was excited to see their return! A little pricey, but I am enjoying. (Bought the Brulee & Burnt 0range)

About 1/4 of the sugar was sprinkled all over the outside of the tin and over the contents of the box. This is already expensive without so much of it being missing - not to mention the sanitary issues.
