Leonardi Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Leonardi Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
$29.95
Authentic Balsamic vinegar is made from Trebbiano grapes in the Modena region of Italy, cooked down and slowly concentrated through years in wood barrels. Batches are blended, mixing old with the new for complexity. We are impressed with the more than reasonable price of this particular brand as well as the flavor. Quality this high is best enjoyed straight, drizzled over most any grilled or roasted meat, roasted vegetables, cheeses or garden-fresh tomatoes. Or try as a counterpoint to sweet berries or vanilla ice cream.
