Only able to thrive in Türkiye thanks to the optimal growing conditions, Antep pistachios are renowned for being some of the sweetest, creamiest pistachios in the world. It’s why they’re the nut used by the most acclaimed baklava makers in Gaziantep, Turkey, the birthplace of the dessert. Smaller than the pistachios we see in the states, Antep pistachios are vibrantly green and packed with outrageously smooth, nutty flavor.

HOW TO USE

Slather on toast, cakes, cookies and pastries, whip into frosting, fold into batters or ice cream base, blend into a smoothie or eat it straight off the spoon. We especially like it folded into the batter or spread on top of our Pistachio Cardamom Cake or stirred into our Steel-Cut Oats with Cardamom, Apricot and Pistachio.
