Refund policy

If you need to make a return, please reach out to store@177milkstreet.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

To receive a full credit, the item(s) must be unused and in its original, sellable packaging and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to our warehouse. All returns must be confirmed via email prior to shipment. Upon receipt of the item in our warehouse, we will promptly refund you for the item.

Please reach out to us about any item that arrives to you damaged or unusable with a photo, and we will issue you a replacement or a refund.

Please do not send returns directly back to our warehouse as some items do not ship directly from this location, we will send you the correct address.

 

Downloadable content purchased through the Milk Street Store is non-refundable.
