These richly spiced olives are excellent on their own accompanying a cheese or charcuterie board, or mashed to a paste and blended with fruity olive oil to accompany roasted or grilled meats or smeared onto sandwiches. They can elevate a simple roasted potato salad or enliven most any tagine. Make sure to use the pieces of preserved lemon too.
