Designed in France, this Dutch oven's enameled cast iron exceptionally retains and distributes heat and is resistant to scratches or stains. The heavy lid locks in moisture to gently cook dishes like hearty stews, slow-cooked meats or vegetables, casseroles and loaves of bread. It can withstand up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven and works on all stovetops, including induction. Clean-up is easy; simply wash with soap and hot water when done.
