The Toffee Merchant Mexican Hot Chocolate Toffee
The best toffee we’ve tried comes from The Toffee Merchant, a small-batch, award-winning confectioner in Arizona that produces tender, crunchy toffee that won’t break a tooth. Unlike any other toffee we’ve tried, this thick slab breaks easily into flaky pieces. Cooked slowly and using the highest quality ingredients, their Mexican Hot Chocolate Toffee brings a little heat. It has sweet yet dark caramel notes with buttery almonds and pecans and rich dark chocolate. But just the right amount of cinnamon, nutmeg and cayenne add an intriguing spice. Don’t be surprised if you go through a bag in a day. This stuff is that addictive.
Coop's MicroCreamery Fudge Sauce
Give your ice cream an ooey-gooey upgrade with Coop’s award-winning, original hot fudge, artisanally made in small batches in Boston, Massachusetts. This fudge sauce features a deeply, rich chocolate flavor thanks to high-grade European chocolate and local dairy products, with a thick texture akin to brownie batter. When heated, the sauce thins for an easy drizzle, but then thickens up again and becomes chewy upon hitting your ice cream, adding a satisfying textural element. We loved that this version was less cloyingly sweet and had a deeper, dark chocolate flavor compared to other brands you’d find in the grocery store. It’s the perfect addition to any flavor of ice cream, or just eaten by the spoonful.

Wally and Whiz's Nordic Winegums are chewy—not sticky—candies that have a gumdrop-like texture without the granulated coating. Kristian Them Hansen started his company in order to create gummy candies with real fruit flavor, not just syrupy sweetness. We love the two-tone flavor and modern-looking cube shape of Wally and Whiz winegums, echoed by the neat boxes these sweets are packaged in. The delicate sweetness of the apricot coating perfectly compliments the tart, juicy grapefruit center, making for a scrumptious treat that's not overly sweet.

Tastëlanghe Hazelnut Caramel
Incredibly hard to find in the U.S., Tonda Gentile hazelnuts are considered some of the best in the world. Grown exclusively in the Langhe area of Piedmont, Italy, Tastëlanghe has been producing them since 1891. In their Hazelnut (Nocciola) Caramel, those renowned hazelnuts turn into a creamy, rich, sweet caramelly spread with a hint of salt. Light in texture but deep in flavor, this spread is full of caramel flavor from a mixture of caramelized hazelnuts and milk that is cooked down to perfection. It’s like dulce de leche, but less dense and far more flavorful. Spoon it onto ice cream, cakes, cookies, or any baked good, spread on toast or eat straight from the jar!

Kankitsu Labo Dry Candied Citrus Peels 5 Pack Sampler
Harvested and made in the Ehime Prefecture of Japan, Kankitsu Labo’s Dry Candied Citrus Peels are unique and full of complex, fresh citrus flavor. Kankitsu’s—translating to “Japanese citrus,” is a fitting company name—sampler pack of candied citrus rinds ranges far beyond the common flavors of lemon and orange that you’d find in the United States. Perfectly sugared and never sticky, try yuzu for a pleasant, fruity bitterness; gently tart amanatsu; rich, sweet-and-sour iyokan; refreshing and light kawachi bankan or vibrant, tangy blood orange. Snack on them as they are, sprinkle over ice cream and yogurt, use as a garnish on cocktails or add into baked goods like muffins, pies and cakes.
Il Colle Del Gusto Sicilian Pistachio Spread
Made from Sicilian pistachios and extra-virgin olive oil, Pistacchiosa is a creamy, aromatic spread you will want to put on all your desserts and, yes, eat straight out of the jar.
Haci Bekir Turkish Delight - Assorted Fruit Flavors
From the company that made Turkish delight famous, Haci Bekir, this Turkish delight (lokum) comes in an assortment of fruity flavors. We found these in Istanbul, and they’re the most authentic version of traditional Turkish lokum we’ve been able to get in the States. The jellies are tangy with mellow fruit flavors—the sour cherry, strawberry, apricot and orange reminded us of high-end gummy bears or jelly beans. But their pleasant sweetness isn’t overpowering, unlike American fruit candies or sugary-sweet mass-produced versions of this Turkish classic. You’ll love sinking your teeth into their chewy, supple texture.
