Crafted in small batches to complement gin’s herbal flavor profile, this concentrate is made with superior ingredients to other versions—like natural quinine and pure cane sugar—for a syrup that’s balanced between bitter and sweet (while most versions are weak, bitter or overly sweet). Mix the uncarbonated concentrate with the dry gin of your choice and club soda for a classic gin and tonic, or stir into other cocktails where you want to add a bitter, clean and aromatic flavor. Keep this bottle on hand to avoid running out of tonic when you need it for drinks. The 17-ounce bottle is larger than many widely available syrups, so you’ll get more out of a single bottle.
