Among their many high-quality products, Goyon-Chazeau produces their own line of Laguiole-style knives.
An area synonymous with cutlery, the tiny town of Laguiole has a reputation well outside of France for its craftsmanship when it comes to flatware. Laguiole-style knives are easy to recognize: They're emblazoned with an iconic bee emblem on the handle. Once the essential tool of the region’s shepherds and farmers (each region had its own unique style of utility knife), Laguiole knives have become popular throughout the world—including at Michelin-starred restaurants–and the iconic style is now produced in other parts of France. You can find the traditional stylized bee on all of Goyon-Chazeau’s Laguiole line products, though all of the company's products uphold the same exquisite design and craftsmanship.
