De Buyer’s all-new Ceranoa nonstick cookware fuses traditional French skillet design with an eco-conscious, PFAS-free ceramic coating. The body of each skillet is forged in a rounded, flared Lyonnaise style from recycled aluminum, which boasts great heat conductivity and retention. A heavy, forged induction base delivers responsive, even heat on any stovetop, while a riveted steel handle provides a secure grip. When you combine these features with an ultra-smooth, scratch-resistant ceramic coating, you get an exceptionally durable nonstick pan that makes everyday cooking a pleasure. It turns out lacy-edged fried eggs, crispy grilled cheese or seared tofu (even with little to no cooking fat) and releases every last bit of food without a hitch. Available in 8-, 11- and 12.5-inch sizes for solo cooking, big batches and everything in between. De Buyer Ceranoa skillets are exclusive to the Milk Street Store in the United States.

Ceranoa cookware is compatible with all stovetops, including induction. The 8-inch pan is a good size for eggs and small portions, while the two larger sizes can accommodate larger recipes like our Japanese-Style Chicken Meatballs, Spicy Broccolini with Seared Tofu and Sesame Oil and Tex-Mex Migas with Chorizo.

Hand-wash only. Use a soft sponge with hot, soapy water and avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaners. To preserve the ceramic coating, do not use metal or sharp-edged utensils; instead, opt for wood, silicone or plastic. Do not preheat the pan empty, and avoid using high heat or the induction booster setting. Safe for oven use up to 200°C (392°F) for a maximum of 10 minutes. Not broiler safe. De Buyer recommends storing the pans using the included protective bag to prevent scratches and surface damage.
