Café brûlot diabolique—a dramatic dessert coffee from New Orleans—requires a practiced hand and steady nerves to prepare. It's made by pouring hot coffee into a flaming mix of brandy, spices and orange peel. We capture the iconic flavors of the French Quarter in our spiced orange-flavored sugar, minus the risk. Our blend has the warmth of cinnamon and allspice and a subtle smoky aroma. Our coffee sugars are packaged in reusable metal tins designed with a rotating top; you can easily scoop some sugar into drinks or shake on to cookies and pastries.
