Sfoglini x Sporkful Cascatelli
Otherwise known as “little waterfalls” in Italian, cascatelli was created to be an accessible pasta option that enhances the eating experience with maximized “forkability,” “sauceability” and “toothsinkability.” Made from high-quality North American wheats and slow-dried for over nine hours, Pashman’s succeeds in hitting all three categories. We love that it has a good toothsomeness and clean pasta flavor, plus there are no eggs in the dough which keeps it from being too rich and tender. The thing that really sets apart this experimental pasta shape though is the texture. Not only do the ruffles, frills, right turns and curved shape keep sauce clinging on, but each bite becomes a sensory experience for your mouth too. This pasta is the perfect form to serve with a chunky sauce, Rather than finding bits of sauce at the bottom of your bowl like you would with other kinds of pasta, cascatelli will hold on effortlessly.
Jacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt
Jacobsen Salt Co.’s Pure Kosher Sea Salt is wonderful as a finishing salt—but it can do so much more. It has a smaller grain than the company's signature flaky sea salt, which makes it a perfect go-to alternative for table salt in recipes: It weighs just a tad less than table salt, so the volumes are almost equivalent, yet it's easier to pick up by hand and sprinkle into dishes than table salt (which is why all Milk Street recipes call for kosher salt). The company hand-harvests every single grain of salt from the Netarts Bay in northern Oregon, so this bright, clean-flavored sea salt has an even consistency ideal for cooking, baking or pickling, in addition to finishing sprinkles.
Milk Street Precision Peeler and Replacement Blades Bundle
Few peelers actually do what they are designed to do: shave away the skins and peels from fruits and vegetables. That is why, here at Milk Street, we have been talking about a new peeler design for years.
After testing dozens of peelers in all shapes and sizes on a variety of fruits and vegetables, we designed our perfect peeler that’s both comfortable to use and razor sharp. For starters, we fashioned the handle from high-quality 304 tool-grade steel for a lifetime of rust-free, easy-clean use. The ovoid shape fills the palm for a confident grip and narrows to a pinch point for two-finger control. The handle’s surface is embossed with a grippy pattern borrowed from our knife blades that provides a grip even when wet.
The polished 420 high-carbon steel blade is razor sharp and extra stiff, so it won’t flex during use the way thinner models do (flex causes poor performance and the blade to stick). The blade has a wide pivot to accommodate ingredients of all shapes and size, from butternut squash and eggplant to Parmesan and chocolate.
Even the sharpest blades eventually dull with use, so we’ve designed the blade to be easily replaced. Simply unscrew the orange strut, pop out the dull blade and swap in a new one. Bundle comes with a total of 5 peeler blades.
Milk Street Non-Slip Cutting Board Mat (Flex Mat)
There’s nothing more unsettling than your cutting board sliding around while you chop or watching your stand mixer wobble across the countertop while kneading elastic bread dough. That’s why we developed this dishwasher-safe, heatproof and nonslip cutting mat to keep things stable, safe and secure. It’s large enough to accommodate a full-sized cutting board, but can also be cut to size for more specialized shapes. Unlike flimsy, thin foam mats, wet paper towels or dishtowels, this cutting mat actually locks tools into place, thanks to its grippy, heatproof and dishwasher-safe silicone construction. It’ll keep things where you need them.

Milk Street Pie Pan & Precision Rolling Pin Bundle
Buying the right pie pan is hard—between decorative options that look nice on the table but underperform and utilitarian steel or glass pans that are flimsy and don’t last, options for a solid, beautiful pie pan that will deliver every time are limited. To take the guesswork out of buying the right one, we designed our own. Made of high-quality enameled steel sourced from Türkiye, the home of the world’s best enamelware, it far surpasses glass and stoneware options, which may not conduct heat properly, leading to soggy-bottomed pies. The steel core conducts heat efficiently and evenly, for a browned, perfectly cooked crust every time (so you can finally cook your pies without blind baking them first). Enamelware is one of the original nonstick cookware options, so your pies will slice neatly; no risk of sticking to the pan, and it’s easy to clean. It’s extremely durable—sturdier than many cheap, light options on the market—and it’s resistant to high temperatures up to 450°F.
Unless you are a pastry chef, getting pie and cookie dough (even pasta dough) rolled out evenly to an exact thickness is perhaps the hardest skill to master in the kitchen. The Milk Street Precision Rolling Pin solves this problem so that even novice bakers can get it right the first time, every time. How does it work? Simply screw in the end caps for the desired height and roll out your crust or dough. (The ends are thicker than the middle by the thickness you want for the dough.) This system is extra-sturdy and easy to use and the pin is plenty long, 23 inches, to handle any width of dough. Plus, we added a laster-etched ruler to the length of the beechwood pin for measuring pans and ensuring your dough is just the right width. You can also use this pin without the end caps - it is 18-inches long and perfect for smaller, more delicate tasks.
Milk Street Precision Peeler— Factory Seconds
Factory Seconds
Most peelers do a lousy job. The blades are made of inferior steel so they do not peel easily and the peel itself is often too thick. The blades dull over time so you have to throw it out. Many designs have uncomfortable handles or the handles are awkward since they are not aligned properly with the blade. And when it comes to thick, tough skins such as butternut squash, you might as well give up before you start. That is why we just redesigned the peeler, using top-grade 420 stainless steel for the replaceable blade (why don’t all peelers have replaceable blades?) and a handle that is big enough for a firm, easy grip. Try it just once and you will find that it peels like cutting through butter. It’s that good!
Cuisipro Dual Grater & Dreamfarm Fluicer Bundle
Cuisipro Dual Grater
After 18 months of testing in the Milk Street kitchen, we can honestly say the Cuisipro Dual Grater is the best wand grater we’ve ever used. It functions the same as any other standard wand grater, although with an ergonomically shaped handle that provides a more secure grip. But the real standout is how sharp it stays. Cuisipro’s exclusive technology relies on a repeated grooved pattern to strike the right balance to grate more with less resistance, which keeps the razor-sharp blades sharper, longer. This grater is also equipped with two grating sizes, coarse for cheeses and vegetables, and fine for citrus, hard cheese and ginger. Plus, the tool is protected with a plastic cover that doubles as a measuring device
Dreamfarm Fluicer
Squeezing fresh citrus can be painful and often shoots more juice across your counter and clothes than into your dish. But Dreamfarm’s “Fluicer,” cleverly named to combine “flat” and “juicer,” solves these citrus-squeezing problems. The handheld flat-folding juicer is smartly designed to squeeze citrus from side to side, not top to bottom like most manual juice presses. And it combines a clever hinge and two sturdy handles for an easy squeeze that requires much less force than other juicers we’ve tried (and still gets out all the juice). The Fluicer can handle citrus of multiple sizes ranging from limes to grapefruits, a built-in strainer catches seeds and the dishwasher-safe squeezer folds completely flat for efficient storage—no more getting your drawer caught on rounded cups.
