HOW TO USE

Use this ghee instead of butter when sauteing, frying, or searing. The grassy, buttery taste is especially wonderful as a substitute for oil when searing steaks. Also try using ghee to bloom spices for an aromatic tadka, or in a traditional hollondaise sauce for brunch.

Kitchen Notes

Ghee is shelf-stable and therefore does not need to be refrigerated, even after opening.
