The lid is designed with three different functions: a free-pour nozzle, an ultra-fine sprayer and a mechanism that dispenses exactly one tablespoon at a time. You can go from drizzling oil into a hot skillet to misting veggies right in the roasting pan to measuring out precise portions for a baking recipe, without ever reaching for aerosolized oil can or dirtying a single tablespoon measure. We grab the Oileroo to spray everyday cooking oils like avocado, canola, grapeseed and lighter olive oils. You can use the free-pour function to drizzle a generous portion of oil into a skillet for sautés and stir-fries, then switch to the tablespoon dose to accurately measure out oil for vinaigrettes or baked goods. The spray function produces an ultra-fine mist that’s perfect for coating veggies before roasting or for evenly seasoning popcorn.

The glass portion is dishwasher-safe. Hand-wash the lid with warm soapy water. Only use cooking oils in the despenser; do not use melted butter, since it will solidify as it cools and clog the dip tube.
