Operated since 1845 in Antwerp, Belgium, the family-owned business sources the highest-quality ingredients to make every bar of their rich, deep chocolate. And it all starts with the beans. In their Himalayan Salt Dark Chocolate, rare Trinitario cacao beans from Papua New Guinea offer intense notes of fresh and dried fruit for the base of the bar. Meurisse then adds shimmery flecks of crispy salt, balancing out the sweet, dark chocolate beautifully and adding a lovely, welcome crunch. Comes in a set of two bars.
