Sertodo’s solid copper paella pan combines the unsurpassed quality of traditional craft with modern design. Made from heavy gauge, hand-hammered copper with a hot-tinned interior, it’s naturally nonstick and built to last for generations. (And it makes the best socarrat.) Its looped stainless steel handles are both ergonomic and multifunctional, and their clever design is patented. Between copper’s excellent heat conductivity and the nonstick tin lining, this pan is an ingenious way to add flavor and flair to more than just paella: omelettes, crepes, vegetables, bacon, anything really. Like all of Sertado’s products, this pan is made from 100% pure recycled copper, responsibly sourced in Mexico and finished by hand in Austin, Texas.

Materials: 100% Pure Copper from Recycled Sources, Tin, Stainless Steel
Dimensions:
Pan diameters: 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches, 12 inches, 15 inches, 18 inches
Copper thickness: 0.079 inches

This elegant copper pan isn’t just for paella—it can take just about any recipe from stovetop to table in style. (Our Pasta and Seafood “Paella” and Char Siu Fried Rice come to mind.)

Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap. Dry immediately with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid harsh detergents, abrasive cleaners and dishwashers. Over time, the copper exterior will naturally develop a patina that doesn’t affect its quality or health benefits. Many cherish this aged appearance as it adds character and proves authenticity. To restore the shine on the copper exterior, use a copper-specific polish or a homemade paste using lemon juice and salt. Gently rub onto the surface with a soft cloth, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. You can choose to maintain the shine or embrace the patina.
