Use these for our Honey-Miso Salmon and Broccolini Traybake, Garlicky Spiced Chicken and Potato Traybake with Pomegranate Molasses and Peanut Butter-Miso Cookies. They’re great for cookies, roasted vegetables, traybakes, roast meats or any other recipe requiring baking or roasting.
Dishwasher-safe; avoid contact with stoneware in the dishwasher to reduce risk of scratches. Or, soak pan with hot water for a few minutes, then hand-wash with warm water and soap. To scrub out any burns or burnished spots, massage with coarse salt or baking soda then scrub with a non-abrasive sponge. Wash normally.
