Milk Street's coffee and tea sugars are inspired by global coffee traditions and will transform your morning cup. This set includes four 8-ounce tins of our Milk Street Coffee Sugars. Flavors range from the earthy, chili-spiked Mexican Mocha that we tasted in the markets of Oaxaca to Vietnamese-style Caramel Brûlée reminiscent of sweet, malted Vietnamese coffee. And, closer to home, an homage to New Orlean’s most famous cup of coffee, orange-cinnamon scented Café Brulot. Plus, our Turkish Cardamom sugar combines warming cardamom with vanilla and a touch of cocoa. Our coffee sugars are packaged in reusable metal tins designed with a rotating top; you can easily scoop some sugar into drinks or shake on to cookies and pastries.

Don’t let the name fool you—our coffee sugars are great as a pantry ingredient as well. Use the coffee sugars in your morning cup of coffee and tea or to ramp up hot cocoa. At breakfast, we dust them over our morning cereal—hot or cold—as well as toast spread with melted butter, nut butter or ricotta. Or sprinkle them over yogurt, smoothies and fruit salads or as an alternative to syrups on pancakes, waffles and French toast. For dessert, we fold them into whipped cream or use them to spice up cakes, cookie bars and other sweet treats. Coffee sugar isn't just for sprinkling—try infusing your recipes with flavor by swapping out our spiced sugars for some or all of the sugar in everyday baking recipes, such as sweet biscuits and scones, pancakes and waffles and pastry crusts.
