Built with a PID motor (which exposes every bean to the same force) and 31 settings, the Ode lets you precisely grind beans for specific brewing styles, from dark to light roasts and methods like pour-over, French press and cold brew. (It even comes with a trusty grind guide if you need help.) It’s simple to use: Add up to 100 grams of beans to the hopper and make your sizing adjustments with the outer ring. The grinds fall into a magnetic spouted catch cup, ensuring your mornings are always mess-free.
