Ironware 400 years in the making and a pan made in 60 steps.
Nambu Tekki, or Nambu iron, is a traditional Japanese ironware founded in the Tohoku region during the Edo period (1803–1868). Japanese brand Iwachu, in business for 120 years, is known to be a classic manufacturer of this style of ironware, designing their cast-iron pan with painstaking detail.
